Dawson CrossFit’s seventh annual Battle For The Mountain competition is back… Bigger and Better than EVER! North Georgia’s premier team fitness competition has divisions for Male or Female RX, Intermediate, and Beginner two person teams!

Divisions: RX male / RX female, Intermediate male/Intermediate female, Beginner male/Beginner female

WOD 7.1 A / B: “Fast and Furious”

On an 8 Minute Clock:
500/400 meter row + 30/24 calorie bike
Then in time remaining:
Establish 1RM in Bench Press + Snatch
Athlete A completes row AND Bench Press
Athlete B completes bike AND Snatch
RX: As Written
Intermediate: As Written
Beginner: As Written

WOD 7.1a: Score will be combined time of bike and row
WOD 7.1b: Score will be the combined total of the highest successful weight lifted for the bench press and snatch.
